Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for November.  New listings are down 32.7% from October with a total of 134 new listings vs. 199 in November.  New contracts were also down in November by 16.3% from last month and up 4.6% from November 2016.  However, the median sold price of $620,000 has gone up when compared to November of last yeah which was $532,000.

Pumpkin Patch Train 

Take the kids on the Grand Canyon Railway as they transform their historic rail cars into the Pumpkin Patch Train. Parents and kids are welcome to dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes and take a ride to a pumpkin patch that is only accessible by train. Pick a seasonal pumpkin of your choosing and then decorate it back at the Williams Depot.
