Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for February.  New listings are down 20.1% from January with a total of 249 new listings vs. 199 in February.  However, new contracts were up in February by 7.3% from last month and up 37.2% from February 2017.  The median sold price of $575,000 has gone up when compared to February of last year which was $551,250.
