Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for December.  New listings are down 11.2% from November with a total of 134 new listings vs. 119 in December.  New contracts were also down in December by 15.9% from last month and up 11.8% from December 2016.  However, the median sold price of $638,500 has gone up when compared to December of last year which was $576,250.
